I have been scrolling through a bunch of threads and forums trynna find more info about straight pipes that I could run on my 08 s sedan with the CEL coming on but most of them are years old any current thoughts or advice I currently have a muffler delete and dual k&n intakes looking for some more sound and a little gain

 

If you run test pipes I'd recommend Fast Intentions Resonated Test Pipes, these shouldn't throw a CEL and minimal to zero rasp. Much better sound than straight TPs.

 

get the ART pipes from motordyne. heard good reviews

 

ART pipes are a good option if you have a 6MT, they won't fit on ATs though.
