Prob hub bearing. Does the sound get somewhat worse if accelerating and u slightly turn the wheel left or right?

 

It goes louder as I accelerate and when I turn left.

 

That means it's the Right side bearing(passengers side) as when you turning to the Left you're loading the opposite sides suspension and a bad bearing(s) will show signs under extreme load! Now you just have to make sure is it the front or the rear,most likely be the front!
