Replacement SmartKey

Where is the best place to go other than a dealer to get a replacement smartkey? The dealer wants $350 total for labor and the key itself.

I was thinking to do that, but Infiniti says I need to pay about $150 to reprogram the key to the car. Is there a way around that?

Some locksmiths have the ability to program a smart key, but they needs a PIN code from the dealer which you should be able to obtain
