foot fan not working...

so the heat works in my car except for my foot... Any idea why?

I really have no idea but wouldn't that be a damper and not a fan? Don't know if luxury Gs have multiple fans, but most cars don't.

Is the fan getting voltage?
Do the fan blades spin without binding?
Perhaps the fan motor seized?

i mean the fan still blows air from the dashboard and from the front 4 sections.just the feet, there is no air

What happens when you press the Mode Switch?
Does the heat get redirected to the floor?

when i press the mode switch to the floor, there is no heat. it works every other position
