Transmission fluid pan plug...crush washer?

Hey guys,

As the title implies, I am curious if the drain plug on the transmission fluid pan on our cars has a crush washer or not. I'm guessing it does because I had my fluid drained recently at my regular (and normally very competent) mechanic and I have been getting leaks from the plug area ever since. I wonder if it needed one and he did not replace it.

If it does not require a crush washer, I have no idea what the problem could be!

Thanks in advance for input.

Yes. It has a crush washer. I drain/filled by own transmission fluid. People say it is reuseable. I reused the washer and had no leaks. Perhaps it needs replacing or he didn't torque the plug back to spec.
