Marks on my Hood!!! Help

so my hood is filled with these weird marks and i wanted the communities opinion on what it is. Someone told me it was oxidation and someone else told me it was clear coat damage. I just hoping i would get a better answer as to what it is and what i can do to get ride of it. Maybe a clay bar kit?

Clay bar should make short work of that.

Welcome to the G35 Driver forums!

Not easy to tell from your pic what that might be on your paint. You don't need a "kit" just a spray bottle (water) and a clay bar! After those spots are gone, now would be the perfect time to wax your G...the entire car!

Doesn't look like oxidation to me. Definitely trying the clay bar first. It's a rather cheap stab in the dark.

Looks like over spray and splatter from some chemical or oil, should be fixable, wash, clay, cleaner, sealant will likely do the trick.
