Time for maintenance!! (What plugs?)

What's the best spark plugs to run in the 07 VQ35HR(OEM)? I will be gauging the plugs to the correct spec because that **** is never right no matter if they tell you they're already pre set. Will also be cleaning my throttle body and mass air flow. Yes I am aware not to unplug the throttle bodies.. My car just hit 100,000 miles and I'm almost positive they've never been changed. I bought the car with 78,000 miles on it. I know most of you probably know the best plugs to run.

DO NOT try to regap the factory irridium plugs, you will probably damage them...

Stock plugs should be DENSO FXE22HR11, you can verify by checking the FSM for your vehicle, check the MA section for spark plugs, might be a link to another section of the FSM.

Unless you are HEAVILY modded just stick with the stock heat range, you will need to unbolt the TB to get to some of the plugs.

ok thanks man! Yeah someone told me at my work to check the new plugs, but now I know to leave them as they are! Yes I am aware of everything I need to remove to get to the packs and plugs.. I've been missing out not joining the forums sooner! You guys are a BIG HELP! Thanks again!
