Adjusting HID Headlights

Just picked my wife's G35 up from getting serviced at the dealership. Asked them to adjust the headlights (because they're uneven and too low) and they said they don't adjust. I'm having a hard time believing they don't adjust––though I don't see a way of doing it and the service manual doesn't address it.

Has anyone adjusted their HID headlights?

Hah! Yes they do adjust... I can't believe the DEALERSHIP would tell you that? Did you take it to an INFINITI or a NISSAN dealer, I've had a few odd things that the Nissan dealer refused to do because they didn't have the correct info or some nonsense.

I don't know what year or coupe/sedan yours is but here's the directions for my '06 coupe.

Page 30 shows the adjustment screws, they're sort of a pain to access you need a fairly long screwdriver, page 31 shows what the adjustment should be at 30 ft.

EDIT: Apparently the sedan is easier to adjust, here's the FSM for an '06 sedan

DOUBLE EDIT!!! : Ok, so not all are manually adjustable, '07 and newer sedan (unsure of coupe) use an automatic adjustment feature "Levelizer" that needs to be programmed via Consult-III at the dealership. If this is the one you have then I suggest printing a copy of the FSM, and bringing it to them since they are unable to RTFM themselves. I found this one on page 8
