Stiff sun visor

My 2007 G35x driver side sun visor has been getting harder and harder to flip it down and up. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

You could probably take it off and pour some graphite powder into the end to give it some dry lube. I wouldn't spray anything wet or oily into it though because it will absorb and leech through the fabric.
