Driving me crazy

Okay guys, one thing has been driving me crazy when i walk to my car. The water in my headlight. Sitting in the sun and heat isnt helping. Its just in one and you can even tell it at night with the lights on. I know these lights are ventilated, is it possible that these vents are clogged or dirty? I gotta get this fixed!

Is it puddling in the bottom? Is it creating LARGE droplets? Or is it simply a very fine condensation mist like your bathroom mirror after a hot shower?

Seems to me like you'd need to pull the headlights, open them up to let them dry, and reseal them. It probably won't damage anything so it's just aesthetics.

It seems like there's a leak, possibly very small, but enough that it's letting enough moisture inside to cause that condensation. Many years ago, I had a fog light that would get condensation inside and enough that the bulb kept blowing. I had to remove it and run clear silicone caulk around the seams to fix it.

Okay i'll look into pulling them. I read somewhere that they are ventilated so they dont get too hot while the lights are on. Will sealing them cause damage later if they get too hot?
Thanks for all the help

They're supposed to be sealed and not let water in. This part of the car gets a lot of airflow while driving so I wouldn't worry about cooling at all. The process of opening up a headlight using the oven method, modifying/painting/etc, and resealing for pretty much any enthusiast car is well documented. To me this would be a great opportunity for some tasteful modification to your headlights.
