G35 Offset Rims

I have a set of OEM wheels from a QX60 - Specs: 18x7.5 5lugs 114mm +50mm Offset. I have a 2007 G35 Sedan with OEM 17x7.5 5lugs 114mm +45mm Offset. I want to know if that +.5mm offset difference is going to affect the car performance or mainly, are they going to fit correctly on my g35?
