you can do a 2010+ front end swap and get the sport bumper. Here is a parts list if you want to do it 100%;

2010+ Headlights
Front Energy Absorber part number 62090-1NF1A
Fog light Bazel Left part number 62257-1MS2A
Fog light Bazel Right part number 62256-1MS2A
Windshield washer tank part number 28910-1NF0A
Front Sport Bumper part number 62022-1NH0H
Bumper grille Right part number 62256-1NH0A
Bumper grille Left part number 62257-1NH0A
Front Sport Lip part number K6010-1NH1A
Front Grille Emblem part number 62890-1NF1A
Front Lower Center Grille part number 62254-1NH1A
Center Grille Hook Cover part number 62256-1NH1A

But you can get away with maybe the headlights, bare bumper, washer tank.

I think there are a handful of aftermarket bumpers that looks decent on the kv36

is there a specific site for all of these parts? that sounds like a really fun project to do
and what if i wanted to do a swap from just the 07 g35s? do you think it'll be much easier?

https://parts.infinitiusa.com/

you can try that side but I am sure you can find someone parting out their car on Craigslist, Offerup, or Facebook market place.

Its takes the same amount of difficulty for 07-09 years. 2010+ only have to change bumpers

but the headlights are different on the 2007 G35 V36. wouldn't i have to change the headlights as well? that's why im thinking it would be easy to just swap the bumper from the base/journey model on the 2007 V36 and put on a sports bumper from a 2008 V36 model. unless theres some complications im not aware of, i would think it would be much easier than to swap a 2010+ bumper.

Yea, to update the front end you’d have to change the headlights also. It’s work for sure to get the 2010+ look. But if you want a different bumper for your year you can look into something like these.

i thought about you said, i think i might go with the 2010 front end swap. whats your opinion on the Spyder aftermarket headlights? do you think its a good fit for the swap? i cant find anyone selling 2010+ headlights and the oem/replacement headlights are much more expensive than the aftermarket ones

The Spyder / OEMassive headlights are really popular and I do like them but its a love or hate thing with those. You might get some criticism about how crap the light output is but some don't mind it.

A better site for lower prices on OEM parts is genuineinfinitparts.com. They are a dealer that sells online. Quite a discount. I've thought about the later headlights for my '07, but not sure it's worth the cost if you have to change out a bunch of other parts. That list from panda looks expensive. You might also try car-part.com for good used parts. I saw a pair of headlights that are about $700 for the pair.

It can be pricey for sure. But the best way it really to score the parts used. I have 2010+ sport bumper for sale for $220 in Atlanta, but it doesn't have the grill or foglights, and its those items that add up. Hood and fender are the same, the OEMassive is popular since its priced well for this conversion.

Try amayama.com. They've quit stocking '06 and earlier (no more Nissan parts being made), but you may have better luck with later years. Shipped from Japan, but prices are very reasonable if you are not in a big hurry.
