Blinkers Please [HELP]
Hello I own a 2008 G35 Sedan AWD Around 130k Miles ( rebuilt tittle) Recently my blinkers went out, The Lights dont blink and there is no blinker sound inside the car and also no blinker displayed on the dash. The hazard lights flash completetly normal both front and back, I was suggested to switch out the fuses, So i bought a pack of 10A Fuses and replaced every single 10A fuse on the inside fuse box near the door, and on the fuse box next to the battery, The issue still remains.
I read somewhere that the problem might actually be the Flasher/Blinker relay Or the BCM, I am having trouble actually finding where the BCM or the Blinker relay is located and if it would relatively easy for me to replace myself? I heard i must take off the dash completetly to get to it? Please shed some light on this i would greatly appreciate your help.

The BCM just takes the signal from the turn signal switch and tells the IPDM to start flashing one side. The hazard light switch makes the BCM tell the IPDM to flash both sides at the same time so if your lights ARE WORKING with the hazards on then the problem is not the relay, not the IPDM, not the wiring, not the lamps, not the BCM.
That leaves the turn signal switch, the clockspring, the wiring to the BCM. Do the other controls on the turn signal switch function? Not too sure about that exact model but that has the headlight controls on it as well yes?
With the hazard lights on do your turn signal lights on the dash turn on? With the turn signal switch activated either to left or right do the signal lights on the dash turn on?
If you don't have lights on the dash then I suspect either the switch itself has failed or the clock spring has failed, since you have lost BOTH the left and right sides I'm guessing it would be the switch itself that failed.
Fortunately it's an easy component to replace, properly remove the airbag and it just plugs into the clockswitch, I THINK you can do it without removing the clockswitch itself but if you do have to remove it then be sure to make some match marks on the clock switch or you're going to screw up the steering angle sensor and need to be recalibrated by Nissan.

Also, try every other function of the clockspring (horn and every button on the turn signal switch/wiper switch) to make sure everything else works. If it all works but just no turn signals then that helps eliminate the clockswitch as the possible problem.

Hazard lights flash perfectly inside on the dashboard, and also on the outside
Turn signals DO NOT flash on the inside to any direction, and do not make a sound, also does not flash on the outside to any direction.
I have noticed that the dashboard has a dimmed spot near the speedometer.
Could that be related?
Thanks alot for helping me here.

Hey guys, I just had the exact same issue happen to me today. Headlights, blinkers, wipers stopped working. My hazards are working perfectly. I have been fighting this issue for a month or so, my car will act like this for about a week and then it goes back to normal for a little bit and it just happened again today. If anyone could help me out and let me know what might be wrong I would really appreciate it.

I have an aftermarket steering wheel/quick release so I am not sure about the steering wheel controls. Both paddles the one that controls the lights/blinkers and the other that controls the wipers are completely useless. The blinker indicator lights on the dash do not even work when I try using the blinkers, but they do come on for the hazards.
thanks for the quick reply

You still have the clock spring, that's what your turn signal and wiper arms attach to. It's a fairly common failure point, be sure to watch a few videos and reference the FSM or you'll end up down at Nissan getting your steering angle recalibrated. The other end of the of it is the steering angle sensor. Set the wheels PERFECTLY STRAIGHT. There is an alignment arrow on the clock spring so make a match mark on the steering shaft as well as take a GOOD photo of those match marks and arrow. Install the new switch EXACTLY like your photo, if it's off by 1 degree you'll need to get the steering angle recalibrated at the dealership.
I don't have an aftermarket steering wheel. I don't see how clock spring would fix the problem. I did replace the switch for the signal light and it still don't work.
The clock spring is linked to steering wheel controls on the stock wheel, horn button, wipers, and blinker paddles. If you replaced just the blinker paddle this may explain why nothing changed and you are still having the same problem.
If the clock spring doesn't fix your problem then you DON'T HAVE THE SAME EXACT ISSUE.
