Really hard to hear from inside the cabin, make another video of the vehicle at idle with the hood open and do a walkaround of the engine bay.

 

If it cannot be heard from the engine bay but it sounds like a "thumping" sound coming from the glove box area that's usually the right side fuel damper failing. A better video would help though.

And check your oil just to make sure you aren't low, the idiot light doesn't turn on until the crankcase is practically empty but there's a lot of noise that starts to generate at about the 2 qt low mark.
