I wanna know if the Infiniti G37 and the Infiniti g35 sedan have interchangeable parts like the trunk or headlights & if I order a body kit for the g37 will it fit the sedan

 

Those components are not compatible.

2003-2006 sedan is the V35 chassis.

2007+ is the V36 chassis.

There is a lot of suspension/breaks/etc stuff that's interchangeable between the two chassis. Body components, headlights, interior, those generally speaking are NOT compatible.

Across the V36 chassis there is the 2007-2008 G35 and the 2008-20?? G37. Those have the same issue with most components being NOT interchangeable however there are more mechanical pieces that are interchangeable. Engines/transmission were different though.

 

So what about a g35 coupe and the g35 sedan do they have interchangeable exterior parts that u might know of?

 

No the exterior components are pretty unique to the chassis. I think the side mirrors and grille are the only interchangeable exterior parts.

This only applies to the V35 chassis since the 2007-2008 sedan uses the V36 chassis.

V36 G35 sedan are unique to themselves, the V36 G37 coupe and sedan were significantly different.
