From what I've been told by basically everyone, the stock HR headers are very well designed which is why I skipped them on my FBO build. Besides, I couldn't find a single set that fit our x models. Does DC really supply them?

Stock headers, stock y pipe. If you're keeping the OEM cats you can muffler delete without being obnoxious.
If you use HFC or test pipes you will DEFINITELY want a muffle of some sort.
Any aftermarket headers for the HR should work on your AWD version though I think. Not aware of a separate X model header part number. But yes, the factory headers are very decent, personally I wouldn't bother swapping them out unless they cracked or something.

If you want short tube headers i Would either consider z1 or Tomei. Z1 website says it won't work on awd, but some people hav emade it fit by shaving the driverside motor mount.
I have z1 headers and rwd and do not have any clearance issues.
otherwise, go for PPE or ISR long tube headers.
The z1 slip-joint style y pipe i believe won't clear the transfer case. They have an awd specific y pipe.
For test pipe, it might be best to go with some BERk or ISR resonated test pipes over the cost the of the motordyne zingers. I can understand if you were going for motrodyne art pipes (must be modified to clear the transfercase).
