Strut+spring: what's the difference between these parts?

On the official parts web site I see two options for my 07 G35S 6MT. Does anyone happen to know the difference between them?

Option 1 (E6C01JK50KNW)
Option 2 (E6C01JK01KNW)

They look the same to me, and both fit your application, according to parts.infinitiusa.com

Coupe 6MT Premium RAS

JK01 is for the 2WD vehicles, JK50 is for the AWD vehicles, they will have different springs.
