New section: general automotive wrenching tips

Prior to this car, I had *zero* experience with anything mechanical on a car. Over the past year, I've learned quite a bit.

I just spent about a week trying to swap out some exhaust components. At the beginning, I wasn't prepared to deal with the hiccups that occurred. At the end, I learned some valuable lessons that will apply to wrenching in general.

I'd like to relate those tips to others that are inexperienced like myself, and are willing to learn. Where do I post this info? I could start a thread in Reviews, or Intake/Exhaust, or some other section, but the thread would likely go OT or be cross-polinated with other information.

I suggest a new section for general wrenching information. One could have one post for dealing with jackpoints. Another post specifically for breaking lose rusted bolts.

There may be some shared info with stuff contained in the DYI section, but some of the information applies to more than one component(such as rusty bolts).
