happen since yesterday,could not send my private message.this is what i get

I sent a couple of pm's yesterday. One in the morning one in the early evening. I didn't have any problem...

I am having that problem right now, I cannot send a PM.
I get this message:

I have not tried to send one but I get quite a few every night and my box was empty this morning which is odd.

Neil is aware of the issue. I discussed it with him lastnight at around midnight. I haven't spoken to him today to find out what the deal was.
