I have asked before and never been able to get an answer.

Also I have paid for a couple memberships and asked for a plate frame with no reply.

That's probably not a good idea. It'll take longer - or so I'd think. Kyle is a busy guy and probably gets many many many PMs.

Try shooting one to Neil or Colin.
