what part of it is down? i just left someone an itrader feedback less than 60 seconds ago.

Sorry fellas, I turned it off alittle while ago.
I've been doing some maintenance on system files etc. today.
I'll get it turned back on later.
Cal, staff has access to it although it's turned off.

quick question, if i the buyer pays someone and everything clears on my end, isn't the seller suppose to leave me a positive irating? Ofcourse, when i receive the product and happy with it then i leave him a positive irating. i've always done this with ebay but a sponsor on here told me differ. he informed me that he would leave a positive irating when i received the product and was ok with it. I told him that he received what he wanted so he should automatically leave me one. i didn't want to make it a big deal with him so i left it as is. can anyone confirm is this is correct? thanks,
