After reading a couple of DIY's, I think it would be cool if we have a dedicated DIY Requests forum. I'm not even sure if it's needed but the idea would be to have some who have searched but can not find a certain DIY, to post a request and once a DIY is made, it would be sorted to the appropriate DIY group and direct the original request to it.

What do you think?

 

i think most people write up DIY guides because they are already doing it themselves and figure they will make a guide. i don't think people are going to go write up a DIY just because someone requests it.

 

i agree but i think it would really depend on what the DIY request is... because if its something easy then i don’t see why someone couldn’t post up the DIY for someone who needs help... now if the OP is asking for something very difficult that’s a different story
