Ok, I am a premier member, it is telling me it can only be 1byte in file size, WTF???

That's the size for sponsors, trust me it's 234x60. Something must be messed up in the permissions for premier members.

Your pic is too big pixel wise, but the error it is giving is retarded. It says your file can't be bigger than 1kb (which is virtually nothing) when reality its 21kb. If you get rid of some of the white space on top and decrease the width you should get it to fall within the pixel limits (the file itself is only 16kb which is under the max space limit).
