How do I post pics

When I click the insert image button it asks me for a URL.. What am I missing?

You need to either use the link from the source, or upload your own picture to sites like imageshack.us

SO I have done that so far

I have posted the images to imageshack as suggested. Now how do I convert those to the forum? THanks for the help~
