i am still having a problem with a rating someone left me. it shows :

You have 5 confirmed and 0 unconfirmed private message receipts.

but still only 4 appear on my itrader link.. i never got that notification on the 5th one.

 

^^^Hmm, you may have to ask that member to try again.

 

Everything is working fine for me now. Looks like the problem was solved.

I sent a message to Bob(speedlimit) about this, he forwarded it to IB

since I had the same issue, it should be looked at.

 

Private Message (PM) receipts are not the same thing as the iTrader system.
Yes, the iTrader system does leave a receipt but so does a PM that has a confirmation request.
You can look up your receipts in your Private Messages "folder Control box".
