Am I missing something here? I'm using Google Chrome, so I don't think it matters what browser you're using.

Using the parts search basically results in it thinking forever, and still ends in a 503 error. Even when using the search bar on the top right, it results in listings, but when you click on a listing, it again sends you right back to the general page.

I see the categorized sub-forums listed to the right, but all the columns (last post, posts, etc...) are blank. Clicking on each sub-forum redirects you right back to the same general classifieds page.

Argh...

^ would be much nicer if those links weren't blank and you didn't have to scroll down a page in order to see the actual sale threads. the nice thing about the old links in your subscriptions is that you could tell whether there were any new posts in a particular subforum. now, you have to click into the marketplace just to find out if there's anything new...kinda defeats the purpose of subscribing to the subforum.

Eh guys. As much as I'm all for voicing complaints, I'm also an advocate of giving praise where it's due. Though the marketplace still has room for improvement towards the old standard- the fact that someone came in here and acknowledged our problems and addressed them (when able) is inspiring and refreshing.

This helps reassure (me) that we still have a voice and that all is not set in stone.

I know you can enter a keyword and a (province in my case)- but there doesn't seem to be any connection. I put "headers" in keyword and location "Alberta" and I was getting rear bumpers in Seattle.

So if I can just ask that work continue on improving the area- I'll keep checking into it.

Thanks for taking the 11 pages of criticism seriously enough to do something.

Thanks for the effort to start getting it back in the right direction first of all.

Secondly I agree that it is a problem not having the subforums linked how they used to be, especially with new posts not causing the subforums on the main page to be displayed with new posts (yellow).

There isn't any way to make a Canadian section, but since you are able to search for parts by Province, we are hoping this will suffice.

This is definitely not as designed. We will take a look at things.

I don't think I can do anything about this, I am sorry.

Beginning to think that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it..." The classifieds as they were worked great. Search ability really was a secondary need. Any thing that was relevant was in the first page or two and in their sub forum, all the other posts were for the most part irrelevant, searching is only useful for finding historic prices, 95% of the results are going to be worthless as the item will already have been sold. "Bumping" (when not abused) worked perfectly well to keep open items in the top results. I've never felt that it was cumbersome seeing what was for sale at any given time.

Searching for the vendor sales makes a bit more sense as the topics are more static and are relevant for months.
