Weird how they can go in one direction but not the other...

It's not like we all jumped out of a plane without parachutes.... now that's tough to undo.
This change took no time at all to institute but fixing it seems to be like climbing Mt Everest in sandals.

Who knows...

How come when I try to search the marketplace, the search side bar area shows up for a second then dissappers. As if it was not horrible before, now I have NO way to even look for items for sale. What gives?

did you click hide search? I tried it and it did exactly as you described when i refreshed the page. Just click on show and it should remember that setting.

I agree the new marketplace format does suck. Every time I try to go to my classified that was posted in the wheels section I keep getting redirected to the main wheel section. I'm able to see my initial description, but when I click on my thread it redirects me. WTF? And the sort feature is pretty much useless also.

Like somebody else said before me the new marketplace format = fail!

Are you accessing this thread though a link that you had previously subscribed to? How long ago did you create the thread? It sounds to me like one of two things.

If your thread was created more than 6 weeks ago, it was not transitioned over, and will need to be re-posted. If it was created more recently, then you need to find your thread using the search, and then re-subscribe to it, in order to make the link in your userCP function properly.

Thanks Robb M, that answered my question. I initially created my thread at the beginning of February so if what you say is true, I guess it's gone then.

I have not clicked, changed or modified anything. One day it was working and the next day it was not. I would appreciate it if someone can look into this as I would like it fixed.

okay...well, can you click "show marketplace search" and see if that resolves it? Maybe it got set somehow. It will be at the top of the page to the left of all the subforum links.

You should be able to hide or restore the search with a click of the mouse.
Are you saying that the clickable button is not working for you?
If so what browser are you using?

If for some strange reason you've lost the search pane, please try clearing your g35driver cookies and reload the page.
