marketplace question

I wanted to find out how to access/ create a topic in the marketplace but whenever i click the FAQ stickies there it just takes me back to the forums main page.

it just takes me to a page that states:

G3V, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Nope. You need to be a member of the forum for 45 days AND have a post count of 100 or higher........OR become a Premier Member.

im not gonna lie.. that kinda sucks... i repsect the forum rules.. but i have less than 100 post been a members for a little over 8 months.. even bought things from vendors with i trader to prove it .. but i still cant post... sigh...

is it ok to buy from a vendor and have to give him credit/debit # and all that good stuff?? he said i can pay with paypall..... just want to double check b4 i buy

Green or not, I'd advise using Paypal over giving them your credit/debit card number.

oh yea i definately understand.. and posting i am .. just when i do post i make sure its a useful post instead of some of the unecessary posting going on just to build the post count on profiles..in due time i will be able to get there.. im in no rush ..
