An actual "Limited time" deal of $19.99 would make sense I think.

Could even make it super limited (like 24hr during Black Friday or something like that) as long as people knew about it a little bit ahead of time.

It's looking very likely that IB will do this. The first priority for them right now is to change the skin of Driver as it's old and outdated. Once that is done, we plan on having the $19.99 Premier Membership available as a two week special.

Side note: I think the site should have a business plan of some sort (specials on memberships, discounts for members only (to entice prospective members to join), new features on a monthly basis, recruiting new members, etc...)

Unless there's some good incentive beyond having custom avatars, I'm not renewing, even at $9.99/yr.

 

^ Thats why I think a discount to Premier Members from all Sponsors (5-10% or whatever the special is) would get many new members and renewing members....but we might be asking for too much if it takes this long to simply get the price down lol
