I am trying to make a WTB post in the classifieds but says my account doesn't have the privilege? I am seeing many new posts by (non-premier) people with only a couple of posts yet I can't make a new thread????

I've read the FAQ and I meet the minimum time as a registered member (12/10) and have 40 + posts... like I said others have posted with fewer posts.

What do I need to do to post a wanted thread... thanks

In order to post in the Marketplace you need to be a member for at least 45 days AND have a post count of 100 or more. You qualify time wise but not post count wise.

All these guys have <100 posts.... my original point stands. I just want to make a WTB thread and shell out some $$$ for rims, come on!

 

Two of the four examples you posted were grandfathered in before the rule took place back in the fall of 2009. There is also another promotion in place that after 365 days of being a member you automatically get Marketplace privys. That's why the other two members were allowed to post in the Marketplace. You joined on Dec 26 of last year so you haven't been here a year yet.
