Rather than have the Regional Forums listed under the North America folder, could the Regional Forums be listed on the main forums page? It would make it easier to navigate and see what is new in the regional subfolders.

If the intent is to eventually create a "Non-North America" folder, that could just be added to the end of the regional folders.
