how do I post a picture with my thread

I can't figure out how to include a photo with my thread or post. Can anybody share some light on this? Thanks.

host your pic on photobucket or equivalent and then use the direct link and imbed it into your reply (post).

(without the space after the last G)

Upload your images.

Copy and paste the direct link between [img] and [/img].
