I've been trying all day to create a new thread in the Coupe forum. All of my pictures are < 100k but it still doesn't work.

I can't start new threads in the Coupe forum. However, I can add to any existing threads all day long. The error comes up as "duplicate thread within last yada yada time". However, I have cleared out my cache, and not posted for hours in between and still get the same error.

Edit: Tried today and it works again.
