cant upload pics

page not found comes up when i try to upload a pic onto a thread, it asked which files to browse, click on that, hit upload, says uploading and then page not found comes up on that whole little window??

I can't veiw the pictures also. They come up as all rainbow colored??????????

i cant do a search for anything either, it comes up page not found error message everytime i try... please help
