Nice pics, like others, I agree that the G37 looks alot more aggressive and sportier. In my opinion, the G35 will always be nice, but the G37 is better, which it is supposed to be. I like the spoiler, I have never been a fan of a big spoiler on the back of cars, this spoiler looks clean!! Hopefully, the G37 will arrive in dealerships a little early, like July, because the wait is going to kill me!!

yeeaaa... im in denial

gonna hope for aftermarket solution, like sedan guys got with Impul spoiler and front bumper lip/spoiler.
Muscarel, i don't think the sedan spoiler will be offered on the coupe. It's prolly only gonna be the one from the pic i posted here. But... never know, we just gonna hafta wait it out and see.

I don't really mind the design direction they took on the trunk spoiler. The trunk looks like what Toyota tried to do with the SC430 and Solara. (but Infiniti did a much much better job expression the lines)

I don't get the design of the slanted corners of the tail lamps(looks like a Maxima-wannabe) It interrupts the lines in the rear end. In fact, the whole rear fender is bordeline messy with all these creases and lines. I thought Infiniti designed their cars base on simple brush strokes? It looks like someone doodled all over the rear fender.

Great post. G37 is looking even worse to me the more I see it. What a huge disappointment.

it acutally has cleaner lines than you think... It's silver color reflects light much more easier... Those aren't lines but just reflections, go check out the other pictures posted.

Well, they are lines cuz they are highlights caused by the bumps it has. The lights above create that. If it wasn't bumpy, the highlights wouldn't be there and it would be clean like the original G35.

If it was a reflection, it would be like a mirror reflecting an image of a bumpy white streaks in the background instead of highlights.

Sorry, just my opinion, something I learned at Art Center College of Design in Transportation/Car Design class.

go check out the other photos of the rear and side... it's not the same. It is reflecting the lights on top, the lines aren't shown properly on photo since the reflection of light is "hiding" the lines.

They are exagerated (with the coloured lines) to make the point...
But most of them, while subtle, are there.
....like the one across the (duck tail) trunk deck & the ones that terminate mid segment at the tail lights.

This is the first car I can remember seeing that has a really different view from almost any angle you see it, I think it changes quickly from 1 angle to the next. It takes being in front of it to get a really good idea of what it looks like. I hope you can all see the vid clip post, its not as clear as some of the photos here but it gives a good "go around".
