G37 PIC in red - skyline 50 year party
thanks Boston Man
That new shot of the red car in the dry ice mist is my new laptop backgroud, many thanks- the high res is a great shot.
I have looked through your 2 posts recently and noticed a lot of the same stired up emotions again, love it to 'what were they thinking'. I can see different angles with every shot and this car keeps putting a different face forward. The colors help see more of the fine detail a lot, so I would guess overall there may be a few less detractors. I hope the performance and interior will help those on the fence, but a first hand sighting and test drive will be the convincer for many on this board.
Either way, you have to admit this is not a stoic boring design that is copying other brands out there, they are still doing their own thing and that alone is keeping it from being a follower. In my opinion Acura lost their design tools along with honda many models ago, very much nothing but milk toast comming from those guys these days. Even the CL was killed when it finally hit the market with a MT because of dog dead sales. The '01-'05 330ci was conservative but still its own car with out confusing its looks with anything else, but today the 335 (if possible) got even more dull and less on the design edge. They make killer engines, but if they want to win over coupe buyers, it has to thrill more from the looks department. (at least this buyer, good luck PPants and other who are thinking of changing over.)

That's a great shot on stage to compare the coupe to sedan. The coupe is lower, less rounded and overall more aggresive. I'm beginning to see the difference. It's not the clearest shot but the earlier pics of the non sport bumper look nicer than the sport.
The G37 looks really good in red...and I hate red cars. Looks amazing in black, but I refuse to buy another black car. Liquid platinum looks horrible (which is odd, because it looks good in the sedan) and the dark gray is uninspiring. I want to see it in white. White on black should be pretty sexy.

Can't wait to see Blue Slate.
Never thought I'd get a color like that. But I searched the thread with the sedans, and it's prettttttttty nice.
I'd get Laser, but the new red is too light I think.
I don't have the patience to maintain another black car.
White doesn't have graphite leather, and I don't think it'd look great on this car.
