I've been dreaming of a 350Z Daytona Blue myself. Light colour blue would indeed look great on that car. However since they are aiming at a more mature market, such colour would attract the younger crowd which I'm sure they don't care to much for.

 

Isn't this like the Athens Blue? Do we have a picture of that color yet? I could be talked into Athens Blue over Black as I think the BMW Montego Blue is hot.

I also like Daytona Blue on the Z, as a previos poster mentioned. May be too "sporty" on the G tho.. if that makes any sense. But def Montego Blue! I'll settle for Athens tho.

 

This is Athens Blue below. While it is a very nice color, I find that Athens Blue is more similiar to Lakeshore Slate than Rally Blue or Montego Blue. I just think those blues are much brighter and sportier than AB.

 

athnes blue is just more elegant than the bright blue u see on like the STi. it's just darker. I like it more than bright blue on this car.

I'm sorry. I didn't realize that Athens Blue was an 07 color option on the Coupe. I had never seen one. Anyway, the color swatch in the specs posted in the first post here sure looks more "Montego Blue" to me than that picture of the 07Coupe above. If that's Athens Blue, then that doesn't work for me. bummer.

its almost like the M3s Laguna Seca Blue.... I love that color....

 

is platinum graphite gonna be the EXACT same as diamond graphite? Or is it going to be slightly different shades. It looks a little lighter in that pic.

 

It's really not close. Laguna Seca is much lighter and brighter. The photo of it there makes it appear darker than it really is.

 

If it's like the 07 Sedan, the two colors are the exact same thing. Diamond Graphite is the Canadian name while Platinum Graphite is the US name. You can take a look at DG/PG pictures of the 07 Sedan here.

 

thanks GC, then i'll prob go with the Platinum Graphite. But the black is callin my name too. hard decision. I like the red but I couldnt ever see myself driving a red car. Almost seems girly, unless its an exotic.
