congrats! i got a call last week from one of the dealers i ordered from (ordered 2), stating that the order was placed and would arrive with the first shipment. however, that date is still TBD.

correct.. my car is on order as follows:

g37 black ext, graphite int. packages: prem, nav and technology. No 4was or spoiler. dealer showroom cars are expected to be in prior to Aug.. my car might be in at the same time or around the aug time frame.

If you're in the market for a non-tech/nav g37 and are flexible with the color scheme you may be able to walk into a dealer late july and drive off with a new g37

Congratulations man!! I got my call last Friday saying that my order had been placed. Now comes the hard part, waiting until August!!

Got a call last week from my dealer here in Va, said they were only allocated 4 cars for the first order...... confirmed order for a Journey / Platium Graphite / Stone / Tech / Prem / Sport / Nav / Spoiler. planning for Aug but hoping for late July

 

Which dealer in VA? Did you actually get a confirmation #?

nope.. i don't believe any of them have the numbers yet. Add another 1.5k to the current coupes msrp and you'll prob be in the ballpark.

I'm heading the the dealership tomorrow (Tues, 5/14) to place an order. Will let you all know the specifics afterward.

 

hate to burst your bubble but first allocation of coupes coming in late august were confirmed as of last thursday. if u can find a dealer that has unspoken coupes on order then you will be in luck.

 

Funny you mention this cause I got an email from a local dealership stating the exact same thing and to hurry and put my name on the waiting list (sales were conditional though). I simply replied thanks but no thanks. His lost, no mine. It's a lot of money to drop into a car for me, no way am I gonna rush into this. I can wait and the price will go down very soon after for us up north as winter will be right around the corner (car comes with summer only tires right LOL).

EDIT, this was a small dealership, we have another larger one that has made no such comment to me. They will get my business even if they're in the same situation .

You hinted we would all be happily surprised (or almost those words) about the new pricing, can you give us any more hints here?? You know the 335s will come down slightly when the G arrives, or so I think they will unless they still have 8 + week backorders. Any chance we can learn something new???

Is MSRP going to come in just under $29K, fully loaded maybe???
