Got the Modding bug again....

Got the modding bug once again. Pulled an all niter. Installed Takeda intakes, replaced fastners, and replaced the push start with a GTR push start button. Now I'm drinking some Bacardi to relax. Life is good......

I've got Z1Performance hoses, GT Spec stru Bar, Eibach springs and sway bar all on the way. As soon as they arrive I'll be installing them. Plus there is a long list of other mods to come...

thx

Please post pics and tell us your impression of the spring/sway bar combo.

Thanks,

strut tower doesn't do ****. the eibachs are very close to stock "S" in stiffness and feel. the sway bars (Hotchkis) allow for some fun oversteer and cause spontaneous grins.

Thanks ..... This evening I added the Radiator Overflow Hoses and PVC hoses by Z1 Performance. Subtle change but IMO it looks good. This weekend the radiator hoses go in, plasti dip the grill and emblems. Still waiting on the suspension parts. On back order.

looks real good. you are two steps ahead of me. I am patiently waiting to do my hoses and strut bar. But I guess I already did my grille and emblems, lol. Have fun and post pics and impressions of the strut bar for sure. Damn your engine bay is clean!

Thanks Luger303... I'm sure u can probably eat off the engine cover it so clean...lol. I try to keep looking clean... Can u say OCD.....?

I was toying with this idea, keeping with the color scheme, white and black, what r ur thoughts on painting the engine cover? I ws thinking of painting the silver portion in white. Give me ur opinions. BTW, I have very thick skin, so no holds barred.

There is no better 3 color combo than white, black and a little bit of red. As far as the engine cover goes, white where the silver is for sure. That will look great. You might have to paint the v6 and writing that is silver also, to make it match.

Put in the grounding kit this morning and blacked out the emblems, trunk lid, and grill. Strut bar is on the way and should be here by Wednesday. I know what's on my agenda Wed. night.

I'm guessing you don't have a FSTB?
