Did anyone of you guys check out your spare tire?

I was cleaning the G today I happened to empty the trunk so I can vacuum it. So I removed everything including the cover first time I ever saw the spare wheel. I was surprise to see the rim....I didn't take a pic cus I didn't have my phone with me I'll post a pic tomorrow. Just saying cus I never expected the spare to look like that, you'll see what I mean when I post the pic tomorrow....hehe! Bet the suspense is killing you guys lol!

It looks like a spare tire... What did you expect? Its meant to be small and lightweight.

I haven't seen one without holes in it before though. Maybe I haven't been paying enough attention to spare tires.

Well most cars now don't even come with a spare tire anymore. However the spare in mine is a "typical" spare.

A "typical spare" in most all of the cars ive had have the traditional steel wheels. These look like extra thin aftermarket wheels lol

These are the wheels Infiniti and Nissan now use as spares in cars like the g37 and 370z. They're made by enkei.

Looks loke you got a good spare tire. That might clear the akebono break system.

The 17s from earlier 2nd gens won't, the 18s from later 2nd gens (i.e. with the Akebono's) will. They both look the same, just different sizes.
