Hello everyone,

I have a 2010 G37 and just this morning the doors will not lock at all. You can unlock it but you can't lock it. I've tried using the remote, keyless entry, and the switch inside the car and only thing that works is unlocking but won't lock. I've tried searching if anyone else has this issue but doesn't look like anyone does. Any answer would be appreciated, thank you.

 

One of your door switches (where it latches) is stuck, or the hood open/closed sensor has failed.

 

Will this make the car have the beeping sound when you get in and close the door too? That's also what its doing when you get in the car and close the door a fast beeping sound comes on for a few seconds.

 

That happens when you try and lock the doors , but close one of the doors (or hood) after you've locked the car.

Also happens when you try to use the fob while one of the doors (or hood) is open.
