I say you get bags first will improve your cars look without a major change to your body work
Then save up and get bodywork and a paint job done.. My advice is get your color custom mixed and make sure only you and your painter know how to mix it..

wtf? hahahaha yeah mi car was at buddha paint... getting buffed and test fitting the new bumper on it before its modded 
did you pick up the inven? or the GT3 (Strafe) bumper?
as far as color... maybe something close to it but not the SAME

as far as the Strafe(GT3) bumper goes... its at N2ition auto salon... next to BUDDHA PAINT... soo.. yah..
and he picked up the inven front bumper.. i just finished talking to him a few mins ago...
