That's cool man! I like the pictures of (I assume past rides?) with the vanity plates below them. That's really cool.

Damn that looks great! Would love to do that to my garage, but got too much crap to store. I could do the flooring, though. What did you use?

What all was involved in the cost break down, just the flooring, drywall, and paint? Is that flooring easier to keep clean than concrete? I've seen a few other homes in my neighbourhood and they add a nice artistic flare.
Everything looks really nice and there is plenty of room for maneuverability, great job. Self reno's are always more rewarding!

Awesome work. Looks absolutely amazing.

I cannot wait to have my own place with a garage that I can turn into my man cave. You actually had the same idea I had in mind with the retro style checkered floor.

Thanks! yeah II had one before, but am working on getting another one. I would have to sell the G35 to do it, but I'll worry about that when I get there.

Nice! It makes it so much easier to work on the ride when you have a clean workplace.

The name of the product is called Garage Trac (us made, 12 year warranty)

The floor was about $1000 for a 21x22 area
Drywall was only around $100-$120
then there was paint + other misc cost.
New floor cabinet = $200
New wall cabinets = Birthday / xmas gifts that I saved
new tool chest $50

Overall, pretty cheap to do. VERY time consuming though and I'll probably never mudd another wall again. That process sucked lol. Clean up is easy with it so far and I had a pretty pitted and beat up surface so these were great because it's a floating floor and I didn't have to spend 3 times the cost to get things squared away. Very happy for the amount invested.

I should also mention that with this idea in mind, I purchased a new shed for the back yard which is where all the non car realted items live now that was another $1000...

Thanks for the follow up. I haven't met a person yet who enjoys mudding lol. I recently did 4,000ft² of dry wall, so I understand your pain! I'm going to show a family member your setup because they're looking at building a new garage before they retire we just need to sever some land to build it on.

Thanks, I can't tell you how many times I switched my design around the white tiles because I'm also a neat freak. I decided that I was going to really go for the look I wanted and I'm not disappointed. They get dirty, but not as bad as you might think. For the most part, its an easy cleanup. I cleaned up the floor the other day and used a regular vacuum on it and quickly mopped. 10 min later I was all done
