I'm new to forum so please re-direct me if there is already a thread on this. Have had my 2008 G35 for 4 days now. Love it. First time with a Navi. On the way home from dealership Navi wanted to take me WAY out of mw way, very indirect way, to my house. I live in a small town but have used my cell phone GPS capabilities in the past and it took me home in my normal shortest distance route. Haven't traveled to unknown parts with G35 yet but this initial experience is making me skeptical of Navi.

In general, how is Navi for others?

 

I've only had my G35 for a couple of months, so I haven't used the navigation system that much, but I've never had anything like that happen. First time I tried it was from work to home, about 25 miles in the Los Angeles area, and the route it came up with was my normal route home. So far I've been pretty impressed with it.
