have searched and seen responses anywhere from 25lbs to 45lbs. with no consensus.

does anyone know the actual weight of the OEM battery? thinking of going with a Braille to take some high front end weight off the car.

So as far as battery options go for your car Infiniti has two different "Group Sizes" 24F for non sport coupes and 35 for the sport coupes. These Group sizes can be used to locate a battery from any aftermarket parts store. The "F" in 24F stands for reverse terminals. I weighed the factory Infiniti batteries and these are the numbers I got.

Non Sport Coupe Group 24F
Infiniti Part Number 999M1-QB24F 575 Cold Cranking Amps 41 Lbs.
Upgraded 24F
Infiniti Part Number 999M1-QC24F 700 Cold Cranking Amps 41 Lbs.

Sport Coupe Group 35
Infiniti Part Number 999M1-QB35C 550 Cold Cranking Amps 35 Lbs.
