Recommendations on lube....

Hi guys, I need to get some lube and have some questions on what brand... Oh sorry, I meant lube for like our car door hinges and sunroof track

What brand do I use and how I should apply. thanks.

I use 3-in-1 White Lithium in a spray can with the 'straw' for accurate squirtage.

EDIT: and I use it on my CAR. LOL
