im looking to get some aftermarket rims for my g35x soon and was wondering if there are any special rims i suppose to get because of the AWD. i herd from one of the g35 owner that AWD seem to have some issue with it. just carious because i was thinking about putting the coupe g35 rims on my car because it looks nice.

 

pretty sure thats not possible, i wanted to do the same for my sedan but the offsets are quite a bit different between sedan and coupe. You would end up with your tires sticking out from your fenders. offset for the rwd sedan is 45 front and back with 17 inch rim. the width of tire and rim will ultimately determine what offset you will need to fit the tire on. I know someone with a 275 tire on the back with a 47mm offset 245 on front with 42 mm offset.

 

I've seen coupe wheels on a RWD sedan and the offset was quite nice. the difference is only about 15MM,

what i would be careful of is to get the same wheel/tire size for both front and rear. i know the old ATESSA systems you had to have the same rolling diameter, i'd assume so with the awd.

what year did you want to put on? i'd reccommend the 18x8's +30mm ones.
