Help!?!?!?!?!?
you should be getting a CEL light
pull the code(s) first...
timing is real critical so use a watch or a timer with a second hand to help
1. turn ignition on
2. count 3 seconds
3. step on the gas pedal 5 times in 5 seconds
4. wait 7 seconds
5. step on the gas pedal till the CEL starts blinking.
From there the first long blink is the indicator blink followed by a series of short blinks with short pauses in the middle.
ie. 1 long blink - pause - 6 short blinks - 6 short blinks.
that indicate you have a P0166 code. If you have multiple codes -
ie. 1 long blink - pause - 6 short blinks - 6 short blinks - pause - 1 long blink -pause 7 short blinks - pause - 2 short blinks.
that would indicate you have 2 codes, P0166 and P0172.

it just might need some cleaning. Do you have an aftermarket intake? Or maybe did some re-oiling or cleaning of the filter? It's possible that some of those liquids leaked onto the MAF sensor.
Disconnect the battery, buy some non-residue contact electronic cleaner from radioshack and just spray it and let it dry....don't brush or scrub it, that would instantly damage it. Then reconnect the battery after your done.
