My car's battery keeps draining out!

So today i ran into a headache! For the second time i tried turning my car on everything was shut off! like nothing turned on i couldnt open my trunk lock the doors..and do anything electrical. So i tried to hook up jumper cables another car and it still didnt turn on. So i need help! Whats wrong? could it be the alternator? any suggestions please let me know asap!

Well if its still not turning on I don't think that's the alternator. Trying jumping it for a while I had a buddy with a Jetta and we had to leave it hooked up for a while to get the **** to start. Other then that I really dont know.

nope probably a bad cell in the battery. I went through 2 batteries the first year I had my car (bought it brand new). Make sure that when you turn your car off (after you get it started) you unplug anything you have in your power outlets.... I used to keep my cell phone charger plugged in and I really think that was draining it. After I remembered to unplug it the problems stopped.

Yea after three jumps it actually started working fine. It was that I left something on. Appreciate the help.

Have you had any issues with your stereo head unit? That was my prob; tech found it was just running by itself at times-drained the battery. They replaced it.
