what is the best size spacer to run on factory 19??

i have factory 19 06 model and wanted a flush look and was wondering what size spacer should i get to get the best look???

20-25mm front and probably 30mm rear. I am running a 30mm rear on the 18's in this pic.

here you go bud. just saw this in another thread im posting at. OEM 19's with 25mm front and 30mm with no rubbing issues and he is lowered almost 2"
